At Pushpa, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
Shipping Destinations
- United States: We currently ship exclusively within the 50 U.S. states.
- International: We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day. -
Delivery Time: 10–15 business days once shipped.
Note: Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order placement date. Carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may impact actual transit times.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
- Shipping Rates: FREE standard shipping on orders over $10.00. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders under $10.00. No hidden handling fees.
- Carriers: We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional partners based on package size and destination.
Tracking & Address Policy
- Order Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate.
- Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at hello@storepushpa.us if you need to update an unfulfilled order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
