Shipping Destinations

  • United States: We ship within the 50 U.S. states.
  • Europe & UK: We ship to France, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
  • Rest of World: We do not offer shipping to other international destinations at this time.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
    Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time:
    • United States: 15–20 business days once shipped.
    • France, Germany & UK: 10–15 business days once shipped.
    Note: Delivery estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order placement date. Carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may impact actual transit times.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • United States Rates: FREE standard shipping on orders over $50.00. A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to orders under $50.00.
  • France & Germany Rates: FREE standard shipping on orders over €60.00. A flat shipping fee of €9.99 applies to orders under €60.00.
  • United Kingdom Rates: FREE standard shipping on orders over £50.00. A flat shipping fee of £9.99 applies to orders under £50.00.
  • Carriers: We partner with trusted local and international carriers (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and regional partners) depending on package size and destination.

Tracking & Address Policy

  • Order Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent upon dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to populate.
  • Shipping Address: Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Contact us immediately at hello@storepushpa.us if you need to update an unfulfilled order.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your delivery location is secure or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
